Mr. Superstar has exceeded so many expectations and improved so much over the last week that the team feels we are ready to go home! I think doing so well on our weekend day passes really helped as well. So we are set for discharge from the hospital in the morning and get to go home for good! Chris will still be doing physical/occupational/speech therapy for the next few months but it can be done on an outpatient basis. We are so happy and wanted to sincerely thank everyone for keeping our spirits up and making us feel loved over the past month. It's been a tough one but fortunately things are much brighter now.
We would still love to keep hearing from everyone and hope that you all make it over to visit sometime! Anyone in the North Carolina/Triangle area will be welcome at any time!
